| I am thankful I am strong, confident, healthy, wise, loving, thoughtful, honest, open, caring, sharing, respectful, moralistic, useful, energized, spiritual, united, light, present, joyous, organized, spontaneous, complete, youthful, fit, beautiful, intuitive, helpful, reliable, fun, uplifting, happy, receptive, giving, mindful, evolving, a leader, learning, brave, polite, observant, of service, good,lovable, all that is, I am thankful I can BE |

I am thankful for being strong and secure
I am thankful for being the best mother I can be and raising the best children possible
I am thankful for Kimatas love light truth and guidance
I am thankful I am true to myself
I am thankful for listening to my intuition and being in tune with myself and the universe
I am thankful for being courageous to iron out old outworn conditions which hold me back from being
I am thankful for the health wealth and well being of my family friends and I
I am thankful for the saying when the going gets tough the tough get going
I am thankful for the success of Prema Yoga and that it is good work helping others know themselves
I am thankful for the Microsoft job and invite more of this work into my life
I am thankful for the richness and abundance in my life |

I am thankful I can see the big picture
I am thankful for the saying I and I meaning I am you and you are me
I am thankful for being able to love and be loved fully, immaculately, truly, from the heart and soul

I am thankful for my relationship with Kimata for the peace, love and truth we share and the lightness we give one another

I am thankful for a beautiful week of summer.
I am thankful for our excellent German team and our grateful customers.
I am thankful that the whole family is healthy and happy.
I am thankful for an uplifting evening in the theater.
I am thankful for the deer in our garden, the eagles flying over - such a paradise.
I am thankful for all the freedom we have and that we took wise and decisions in the past to enjoy the benefits now. |

I am thankful I am prepared for the microsoft breathing seminar I am running at the Hilton today
I am thankful Sulaimaan was so keen to return to school even with his sprained ankle

I am very thankful for the family breakfast yesterday on the deck of the golfclub-restaurant of our community. It was pleasantly warm, the food was very good and the colourful Geraniums and Pethunias in the pots around us added to the summer-atmosphere.
I am very thankful for the sunny warm weekend and that I could stay in the shade on our terrace. I had lots of fun with my little grand-daughter splashing around in her little pool on the lawn.
I am so very thankful that we have a lovely garden, where we can enjoy the view and the fresh air coming from the ocean.
I am very thankful for the quietness during the night, so I can leave everything open to let the cool air coming in.
I am very thankful for our health, wealth, love and happiness. |
