Just breathe and be grateful for the air that is filling your lungs and making your life possible. Simply feel your body and your aliveness and acknowledge what a miracle it is just to be alive right now. Allow your awareness to appreciate what you are seeing, smelling, and touching just at this moment and you will find yourself in the middle of the stream of life without trying at all.Feel the love, compassion, and understanding that gratitude brings into your heart. Notice how gratitude brings your attention into the present time, which is the moment in which miracles can unfold. The deeper your appreciation, the more you see with the eyes of the soul and the more your life flows in harmony with the creative power of the universe.

Experiencing gratitude is one of the most effective ways of getting in touch with your soul. When youâre in touch with your soul, you eavesdrop on the thoughts of the universe. You feel connected to everything in creation. You embrace the wisdom of uncertainty and you sense yourself as a field of infinite possibilities.
Gratitude is a fullness of heart that moves you from limitation and fear to expansion and love. When youâre appreciating something, your ego moves out of the way. I am thankful for having a great chat with Elena yesterday and being totally inspired to continuing on with creating the life which I would like
I am thankful for becoming very clear with my goals and dreams and finding the best way to achieve them with ease
I am thankful my family are also inspired to create and manifest and be thankful and accountable for the lives they create and let us be in harmony with our most inspiring fantastic fabulous brilliant amazing rewarding loving life we can live
I am thankful for the time and space to really put my thoughts and dreams into action in the most efficient and useful way
I am thankful my family are healthy wealthy and wise
I am thankful little Nate gets exactly the help needed to set him on his way to a great life, may he draw to him those who can really help him swiftly xo |

I am thankful that we have the freedom to vote for the best political party to guide New Zealand on election day this Saturday. May New Zealand vote for the most brilliant party to lead us into the future who will strive to create a balanced stable environment, one that treasures mother earth and all her bountiful gifts, a Country which can lead the world in sustainable living, a safe loving Country which inspires its countrymen to succeed working for the good of the whole, an honest open party which is fully accountable, a party which acts in the present for the well being of all for the future. May we have a representative to guide the whole in a peaceful loving successful future as we enter the age of enlightenment.
May the masses vote from a place or love and truth rather than fear and selfishness. |

I am very thankful for the gratitude, which is expressed on this site and by many people in the world.
I am very thankful that more and more people realize, that they have to take matters in their own hands and stand up for their rights.
I am very thankful that many people are brave enough to fight for justice in a peaceful manner.
I am very thankful for all the changes around the world, which will create something new and better in the long run - God willing.
I am very thankful, that my son inspired me to start this site and the site in Germany - it is one of my contributions for a better world.
I am very thankful for the success of our seminars, our satisfied customers and our competent team in Germany.
I am very thankful that we can do all the background and production work here in NZ.
I am very thankful, that in 2 days 25 years ago we arrived for permanent residence in this beautiful country.
I am very thankful to live here with my family and enjoy everything NZ has to offer. |

I am so thankful my family are healthy, wealthy and wise in mind body and soul
I am thankful for a lovely workshop / retreat on Sunday and the participants received the blessings of peace and love, it was so beautiful with the tide coming in and hearing the ocean beneath us, what a blessing
I am thankful a space became available for another retreat at Aio Wira in March
I am thankful the water blasting man sorts his pump out so he can come and clean the hall today
I am thankful for full prema yoga classes and all the participant that join and practice regularly
I am thankful for divine inspiration, meditation, yoga, laughter, joy, nature
I am thankful for my family and friends
I am thankful for honesty, love and light for goodness and peace
I am so thankful Dziko is so inspired and is relishing in her talent, beauty, and that she is following her heart and wisdom to create the best life for herself I am thankful we are deepening our relationship together |

I am thankful for lovely weather.
I am thankful for fresh fruit, vegies and water.
I am thankful for my family and each one of them mean so much to me.

I am thankful for being prepared for Absolute bliss retreat, thankful to be able to offer the participant a beautiful location to experience themselves as love and pure bliss thankful to be a guide, thankful for others allowing me to be a part of there journey of life
I am thankful for my wonderful family and that we are all healthy, wealthy and wise
I am thankful for insight and inspiration and living in a conscious peaceful loving way
I am thankful for being able to love and be love and loved!
I am thankful for this beautiful day with sunshine, birdsong, fresh air, clean pure water, healthy food and great friends
I am thankful to all the participants in Prema Yoga who make my life such a joy, and I truely hope I improve their life in some way
I am thankful for love, light and truth and for my ability to share this love light and truth in a practical useful manner
I am thankful all the gear packed easily into the Audi

I am thankful to be almost over my cold.
I am thankful Aurelia is almost completely over her cold.
I am thankful for our wonderful, cozy and comfortable house.
I am thankful for our HiLux and how practical it is.
I am thankful for the beautiful weather.
I am thankful Catherine and I have such a great relationship.
I am thankful I have been able to spend some quality time with my daughter, even though we both had a cold.
I am thankful for our lovely country.
I am thankful for a nice lunch out with my family.

I am very thankful for my grand-daughter and that she is well again and enjoyed her group-dancing this morning.
I am very thankful, that the first containers could be unloaded from the ship, which ran aground a reef.
I am very thankful, that a larger oilspill could be avoided, because most of the oil could be pumped out.
I am very thankful for everybody involved in this difficult and dangerous operation.
I am very thankful that everyone in my family is well and safe.
I am very thankful for living in peace and beauty and for everything which makes my life easy and comfortable.
I am very thankful for the healthy fresh produce I can buy to prepare and enjoy every day.
I am very thankful for the wonderful time I spend with my dear husband every day.
