I am thankful for an amazingly sunny warm day
I am thankful for togetherness
I am thankful John, Sul and Dziko are all in such a delightful place in mind, body and soul
I am thankful for the Universal energy of love light and truth
I am thankful the workshops and seminars I am promoting are filling up with ease
I am thankful for the inspiration and clarity to advertise the upcoming workshops and seminars in the most beneficial places to gain more and more participants
I am thankful for peace of mind
I am thankful for all the full classes and helping so many people live their lives more fully
I am thankful for my personal yoga practice today
I am thankful for the yummy healthy Japanese lunch today, seaweed and shitake mushrooms and miso...yum
I am thankful for beginning to organize a one day retreat for a silent meditation and raw food clease for Spring in the Waitakere Forest
I am thankful so thankful for my daily meditation, yoga and healthy lifestyle
I am thankful I am me |

Today I am thankful to have rejoined the local library on G.C. and have access to wifi.
I am thankful I can resume my daily thankfullness exercise, even if I have missed one or two
I am thankful for my swim this morning and deciding the wind was too strong to bike ride.
I am thankful for the space in the day to come to library to clear emails etc
I am thankful and looking forward the chance to go to movie this afternoon.
I am thankful for catching up with good friend from Great Barrier island N.Z. last night and a catch up over dinner.
I am thankful for my lovely close reliable helpful friends in all their diversity.
I am thankful for the lovely weather here and escape from our winter. |

| I am very thankful, that we just arrived in Canada and that everything went well. We even got in time onto the ferry and are finally back home sweet home! |

I am Thankful for todays message of breathing so stress does not build within me.
I am Thankful for a lovely night in Hamilton last night for Donnas last night in new zealand she is such a beautiful freind.
I am Thankful for my last week in Pauanui & that Hunter & I have found a nice house to live in.
I am Thankful for my son.

I am thankful for another yummy healthy family dinner today
I am thankful for this weekend it was very restorative
I am thankful that I am becoming more and more aware to be neutral for ease of life
I am thankful for moving forward positively with many enrollments for meditation workshop and stress management the natural way seminar
I am thankful my family is respectful of one another
I am thankful we are all growing individually and together as a family |

Sunday I am thankful to be online to listen to todays lesson.
I have acknowledged the healthy body situation, and am thankful I have the knowledge and ability to maintain my lifestyle.
I am thamkful I was born with an inate inner need to exercise always in whatever form was available for different climates and life situation, not always ideal.
I am thankkful I always knew to resume swimming when possible, yoga and simple walking when jogging became unrealistic.
I am thankful that thru out pregnancies and bringing up children I always knew what was best for all concerned.
I am thankful for my healthy body. |

I am thankful for my wonderful daughter (who's sitting on the couch next to me listening to music) and my beautiful wife.
I am thankful for the lovely time we've had in germany, and for everything we experienced together here.
I am thankful for the cars we had in the time here, which always got us to our destination comfortably, safely and - when traffic allowed - very quickly.
I am thankful my family and friends are all healthy and happy.
I am thankful we hare flying out of the lovely little airport in Salzburg tomorrow, heading off to our summer home.
I am thankful for my life, in which I have learned and experienced so many different, wonderful. |

Today I am thankful again for the swim and walk this morning
Thankful to go out for coffee and brekkie with richard
Thankful to come up to a friends house to use computer
Thankful to go out to see a Ballet tonight at my fave place The Gold Coast Arts Centre.
Thankful for the people, the atmosphere and all that goes with an outing
I am thankful for my wellness, and the knowledge to stay that way.
I am thankful for all that I have and all that I am. |

Today I am thankful for the gorgeous day, the swims and walk
I am thankful for the message in this course
Today I am a day late in going online due to broadband unavailability, but thankful I can tune in and respond
I am thankful for the opportunity to be here and enjoy the break from home chores.
I am thankful Richard and I, managed to get our bikes gooing and pumped and ready to go for another exercise option
