I am thankful for clear communication, that I communicate clearly and others communicate clearly with me
I am thankful for more and more focusing on POTENTIAL within myself and others
I am thankful I am setting clear intentions on future goals, that I see potential in the future and also goal set with others I wish to grow with and develop future projects with
I am thankful, dearly thankful for shirting my focus less and less away from fault finding but in more and more focusing on the goodness the potential within myself and others, this I know is a great gift indeed
I am thankful for developing daily spiritually, personally, financially and within my chosen career
I am thankful for earning great money this week and more and more excepting wealth and abundance as a part of my daily lifestyle
I am thankful my Yoga participants feel so nourished, inspired and fulfilled Prema Yoga
I am thankful my Mother had such a lovely holiday in New Zealand |

I am Thankful for another beautiful day in Pauanui where the sun was shining.
I am Thankful Hunter & I have somewhere nice to live for the winter with good company & that he will have a playmate.
I am Thankful for the positive support & prayer tonight regarding my pending court case next week.
I am Thankful for the lovely meal we shared with freinds tonight.
I am Thankful for my lawyer & trust he will do the best job for me next week to protect my son.
I am Thankful for everything I already have. |

Today I am thankful its now the end of the day, and have earned my place in my extra comfy bed.
I am thankful I was able to repay a friend for favour with lovely long hot stone massage.
I am thankful I foound the energy and enthusiasm to haul my very tired body/mind off to my yoga practice tonight, found once there o.k. (as usual)
I am thankful I found the quick moment to go to oceans edge and give thanks and appreciation for one of the most longstanding fullfilling satisfying, comforting and exhilarating saving of body mind and soul that I have had in my life, now over 50yrs relationship of joy, splashing reenergising, surfing, swimming, paddling, fishing in.
I am thankful I was able to express gratitude and acknowledgment on this day World Oceans Day.
I am thankful to be aware of the idea of expressing myself in a way that requires respect, and know that as you sow,so shall you reap!
I am thankful for the awareness I have in these matters, confirmed by this course in gratitude. |

I am thankful Dziko is absolutely in love with her Birthday room renovation
I am thankful Dziko is enjoying her Party dinner with her Grandma here
I am thankful tomorrow my daughter turn's 17 years old and is off to a school retreat with her friends
I am thankful Mum and I went for a long forest walk yesterday
I am thankful I allow myself to be successful and welcome this success in my life

Today I am thankful firstly for the gorgeous morning that dawned fine and sunny and warm enough to beach walk in shorts still!
I am thankful for having a lovely fun house guest and knowing we can meet up again one day.
I am thankful I have the time to now clear up and start to retore order to messy house after rain.
I am thankful for my energy, enthusiasm and attitude of gratitude to all that I have and need.
I am thankful I can just sit with a lovely coffee and ponder this exercise.
I am thankful for the knowledge and ability in knowing yes I can adopt the idea of more wisdom in my life and less of life's mistakes. |

I am thankful for another lovely day of feeling healthy and well
I am thankful for the opportunity to be the best I can be
I am thankful my daughter is so excited about her "new look" room
I am thankful my mother is so inspiring and helpful
I am thankful John and Sul are really enjoying so much father and son time together
I am thankful my Yoga classes are up and running
I am thankful for my new schedule is up and running in full this week

I am thankful for the lovely long weekend, it was very refreshing
I am thankful my daughter is going on a self development camp with her school this week

I am thankful that we arrived safe and sound in Scotland.

I am thankful for the bounce back in my step...I love being healthy again!
I am thankful Grandma is here, she is so delightful
I am thankful my daughter's Birthday shopping day for her room renovation went so smoothly today, it was so simple and everything was on sale due to Queen's Birthday weekend
I am thankful my daughter is feeling like such a princess!
I am thankful John and Sul had such a lovely day together
I am thankful the sunshine beamed all, day we actually ended up in singlets in Winter!
I am thankful I have successfully completed 3/4 of the on-line course and have some great ideas for its future
I am thankful for all wonderful loving people on the planet
I am thankful for Mother's and Father's and caregivers who do there best to encourage their children to be free, brilliant, caring loving human beings
I am thankful for another day of living on this planet with all its natural beauty, all the beautiful animals and plants

I am thankful for feeling a little better already.
I am thankful to have a long weekend to recover from my cold. I am thankful that I can curl up on the couch and stay warm and dry. I am thankful for my cozy home.
I am thankful for the sunshine today, and for the birds this morning singing in the trees across in the park.
Im thankful for my beautiful nephew, who brings so much joy to our family. I am thankful that he is healthy and developing so well.
I am thankful for my family and how supportive they are. I am thankful to have them in my life.
I am thankful for my awareness of self, for my understanding of what is important to me, and for knowing what I want im my life.
I am thankful for those whom care for others, whether it be ambulance officers, or nursing home assistants or those volunteering at the SPCA, I am so thankful that people are caring and supportive of one another.
I am thankful for a blessed life with everything I need. |
