Today on this day the birthday of my first born, I am thankful we are all here to celebrate life and living together.
I am thankful for family values and attachments
I am thankful for consideration by family and husband.
I am thankful it is another beautiful day to celebrate and
Tonight it is the Buddhas Waisak Moon, that we can all celebrate may things.
I am thankful a friend rang to tell me about a good accomodation deal. |

I am thankful for having help getting the house in order some good company while we worked
I am thankful for chi ball class I know how beneficial it is for my body/mind In spite of almost not making it each week I love it
I am thankful for Tamara driving down tonight to help celebrate Tashas 33rd birthday tomorrow
I am thankful for us both being here as it was closest to death I have ever been in that delivery
I am thankful to be in tune with the Waisak Festival to celebrate Buddhas birth ascension and death
I am thankful for the memories the time I travelled to Borobodur and walked the stupa with the Buddhists from all over the world
I am thankful that tomorrows full moon coincides with Tashas birthday helps celebrating more fun with much intensity
I am thankful for the comforting fire I lit tonight to remember My Dads passing 33yrs ago, my mums 13yrs ago.
And the birth of my beautiful first born daughter. |

I am thankful first and foremost for my wonderful family.
I am thankful for the travel and experiences we've had together.
I am thankful we all get along so well.
I am thankful that when there is a disagreement we can resolve it in a way that everyone is ok with.
I am thankful for the great food and accommodation.
I am thankful Aurelia enjoys so much while travelling.
I am thankful she sleeps just as well.
I am thankful for my life and everyone in it. |

I am thankful the weather is improving.
I am thankful for all the yummy food we've had lately.
I am thankful Aurelia is picking up more and more german (and Catherine too!).
I am thankful for our super fuel efficient Volvo while we're just driving locally.
I am thankful business is going so well.
I am thankful for the enthusiasm with which people write on this site.
I am thankful for my wonderful family. |

I am so thankful for being alive
I am so thankful and excited about moving forward with The Power of Thankfulness course, allowing as many people as possible to benefit from this lovely reminder of gratitude and all the blessings it brings
I am so thankful the sun is beaming in on me right now
I am so thankful for the people in my life, I feel so blessed
I am so thankful for love and that my heart overflows with the energy of love
I am thankful that I have a great business mind and that my parents' instilled such a stable foundation for growth in this area
I am thankful I enjoy making my life better and allowing others the opportunity to do so also
I am thankful it is another beautiful start to the week, full of potential and goodness
I am thankful I have created space in my life to explore a new reality and fully embrace it

I am thankful that we have so much enjoyment with our grand daughter.
I am thankful, that everybody in the family is healthy and happy.
I am thankful, that all my participants arrived and are very happy with the hotel.
I am thankful, that the weather was good enough, that we could at least see the high mountains around us and that the weather forecast for tomorrow is even better.
I am thankful, that all my participants are telling success stories since they attended our seminars.
I am thankful for my wonderful life. |

I am thankful the boys are at soccer together
I am thankful me and my daughter are enjoying home made chocolate cake and hanging out chatting
I am thankful we are having a Sunday Roast together tonight, yummy
I am thankful for my mother she is such a blessing in my life
I am thankful for Tropical Islands!
I am thankful for a sleep in this morning
I am thankful I have done all my house work today
I am thankful for having enough money to have lots of time by myself and quality time for family and fiends

I am thankful for our lovely house in the native forest surrounded by bird life and native trees, it is so cute
I am thankful I work from home and usually work within 3 minute walk to my Yoga Hall
I am thankful I get to travel to Retreat Centers as research and for work purpose and pleasure!
I am thankful for heart felt hugs
I am thankful, when my kids kiss and hug me out of the blue
I m thankful for the glistening raindrops in the Autumn sun

Today I am thankful for the once again wrongly forecast beautiful warm sunny day.
I'm thankful I can sit in the sun and drink my coffee, in my summer clothes and not be chilly for this time of year.
I am thankful I can get thru the laundry and bring it in dry.
I am thankful simple pleasures like that make me happy, like getting into bed in freshly laundered sundried sheets.
I am thankful I have some fine weather to replant winter vegies in garden, because last planting got eaten by summer pests.
I am thankful for getting up and going to yoga,yesterday a.m. spending time with Tash, and talking to Tamara on fone.
Thankful for being able to ring my sister and chat also.
Thankful for my wellbeing and challenge myself to beat the lonely waves that wash over me, and endeavour to embrace spending productive time with me, myself and I.
Thankful to be able to sit in this lovely open sunny spot and enjoy the panorama. |

I am thankful my daughter arrived safely to her evening out and she respectfully txt's me so I know she is perfectly fine
I am thankful that my daughter chooses not to drink and smoke
I am thankful more and more for all the blessings in my life and I really have got such a beautiful life
I am thankful for the blessings of love and peace |

I am thankful for a trip to the house where we lived 25 years ago, to the Kindergarden, our son attended, to the lake, where I learned windsurfing while there where still ice floes on the water.
I am thankful that I made another walk, keeping me in shape.
I am thankful for all the progress I can see in all people who attend the email course.
I am thankful that I can spend so much time together with my lovely wife and our son and his family.
I am thankful, that our inner-peace-garden is making progress.
I am thankful, for all thankful people in the world, because they contribute so much for their inner peace and the peace in our world.
I am thankful, that more and more people around the world realize, that the way to peace is to be in peace with their own thoughts and feelings. |
