Today I am thankful for the first fine day to catch up on washing and outside chores.
I am very thankful for the fact of even having a safe comfy house considering many havent due to earthquakes, floods, fires, and even tornadoes!
I am thankful for my day out ystday where I made 2 good purchases for winter warmth.
I am thankful to have a reliable vehicle to get me places and enough money to go
I am thankful for our yoga class tonight as I have been too busy to do home practice.
I am thankful I have the chance to put into my meditation session again after not for so long. |

I am thankful for the health of mind, body and soul of Dziko and Sulaimaan
I am thankful for the health of mind, body and soul of John
I am thankful for my health of mind, body and soul
I am thankful for full Yoga classes
I am thankful I can put into place better planning of my time so I can achieve the results financially which I would like
I am thankful for the money I earn and more and more I would like to have more money, save more money and invest wisely
I am thankful for being able to work in the field of personal development
I am thankful that from this day forth my life path really begins in full swing
I am thankful for being alive on this beautiful planet right now
I am thankful for the use of the beach hall for my Yoga classes
I am thankful for the experience of teaching huge classes at Les Mills
I am thankful for running successful retreats year after year
I am thankful for being able to provide a great lifestyle for my family and myself |

Today I am thankful for the help in the house getting things in order
Thankful for the lovely company while doing it.
Thankful for a lovely class after, allowing my body to stretch and release tension of a sleepless night
Thankful for a lovely meditation at end o f class and seeing my mum and recently passed brother.
Thankful for the dry/warm environment that is home.
Thankful for my nice healhty dinner.
Thankful for the hot shower I am about to have and
warm bed to retire to.
Blessings are abundant.

| I am thankful for the joy I have watching Alfred's daily video as it really feels like he is talking directly to me and that the course was designed exactly for what my needs are daily! Thanks Alfred |

I am thankful because today I had time to go and start my gym progamme for 6wks so that I can kick start the change in my life/body.
I am thankful that I had a lovely weekend with friends.
I am thankful that I am able to talk openly with my friends and tell them how I really feel.
I am thankful that I have been able to give up my two jobs and now move onto a new life with my husband and daughter.
I am thankful that my plans are all going well.
I am thankful that I have been blessed with happiness/family/career/ and friends...long may all these lovely things stay with blessed ME. |

| I am thankful more and more I embrace this journey of life as a beautiful adventure filled with love and delight, a journey to really make a positive difference to the lives of others through good deeds, so when I lay my head on my last breath, I can be fully satisfied I lived the life I was born to live! |

I am thankful for a relaxing weekend, with friends.
I am thankful for my time alone which gives me time to reflect
I am thankful to be healthy. I am thankful for the health of my family and friends.
I am thankful for the time with my little nephew Xavier whom brings so much joy to me.
I am thankful to have a warm, comfy place to call home.
I am thankful my life is so blessed. I am thankful for the walk in the park today with a friend, and for the beautiful autumn colours. I am thankful to have my eye sight which lets me experience so many wonderful things.
I am thankful for my work, which is challenging and rewarding. I am thankful for the great team we have.
I am thankful that I am allowed to be thier leader.
I am thankful for the delicious healthy food which I can get so easily. I am thankful to live in this beautiful country. |

I am thankful all the Retreat participants booked are excited and looking forward to the Retreat this coming weekend
I am thankful for the opportunity to offer our Retreat participants massage by our qualified massage therapist
I am thankful Pooja and I finalize the finer details early this week for Explore Your Self Retreat using the paths of Yoga, and we are fully prepared to offer our participants another well respected and beneficial journey of upliftment of mind body and soul |

I am thankful for the complete day of rest today has been due to bad weather.
I am thankful for the lovely soup I have made and now sipping to sustain me'
Thankful for my peaceful and safe environment.
Thankful to be reminded to start my meditation habit again.
Thankful to be determined to leave all bad habits behind and go into the new moon with new hope and resolve.
Thankful for my sore muscles knowing I worked extra hard at ystdays yoga class.
Thankful for all that I have and all that I am.
Thankful I can grow even better as time goes by. |

I am thankful for another beautiful day.
I am thankful for the joy to have our granddaughter with us.
I am thankful to meet a woman who attended my seminar 30 years ago and still listen to one of my CDs, when she feels stressed.
I am thankful, that I was on a power walk 2 times yesterday and my son joined in on one.
I am thankful for the wonderful we are now, the pasture full of flowers, the snow mountains in the background and the trees with fresh green leaves, Everything is so uplifting and in spring mood.
I am thankful, that I am fit and healthy.
I am thankful, that I have wireless internet now.
I am thankful for all the entries on this site. |
