I am very thankful for love, peace and freedom and my healthy, happy family.
I am very thankful for a nice Friday-afternoon with friends and the yummy light food we shared with lots of fun and laughter.
I am very thankful for very special hours yesterday, which my husband and I spend with my grand-daughter. We visited the "Butterfly World" with orchid garden, then lunch at the ocean and after that the rainforest with huge Douglas Fur and Ceder. Nature is very precious to me and I am so grateful, that my grand-daughter enjoys it so much too. She is happy and enthusiastic about nearly everything. When I walked with her into a big hollow Ceder, which wrapped around us, she was so fascinated and did not want to get out of it. She was in awe of the huge old trees (about 800 years) and loved to touch them.
Collecting Maple-leafs and throwing stones into the river was also a lot of fun for us. Watching this young child is blissful.
I am thankful for the beautiful rainbow this afternoon. |

I am thankful for a lovely visit with friends.
I am thankful their little girl and Aurelia get along so well.
I am thankful for seeing Aurelia interested in so many things I normally would walk past.
I am thankful children remind us to slow down and appreciate the things we take for granted.
I am thankful for learning so many new things about myself on this trip.
I am thankful for my mum and how much she's working on getting in shape.
I am thankful for how healthy she feels.
I am thankful for all the people who help others in a positive way.
I am thankful for my close family and friends. |

I am thankful that a decision I took, brought immediate inner peace and cleared the situation for everybody.
I am thankful for good news from our German team, since two big companies extended their contract with us.
I am thankful for the internet and all the information it brings.
I am thankful, that we could repair the heating system for a few Dollars instead of buying a new one for several thousand Dollars as proposed.
I am thankful, that my son found out to find the right people for the repair.
I am thankful for all the people around the world who make it possible, that we can live the life style we live.
I am thankful, that I made some progress with my latest book. |

I am thankful for getting back on tract again after some reshuffling of energy
I am thankful for such lovely feedback from the Yoga classes
I am thankful for teaching from a more intuitive place once again

I am thankful for being inspired and driven when I create workshops and retreats, I love the energy and focus they arise

I am thankful for earning more, saving more and investing wisely
I am thankful Dziko is becoming more and more healthy in mind body and soul and more and more clear on which direction she would like to go next year and able to set safe boundaries |

I am thankful to chat with Alfred yesterday, such a good honest man
I am thankful that Dziko test results have come back with good positive news and her health will improve daily
I am thankful Sulaimann and Dziko are taking on mopre personal responsibility and helping out around the house more and more
I am thankful John and I are `creating a more positive unconditional loving relationship and encouraging each other to live the life which is best for us as individuals and as life partners
I am thankful I created the Absolute Bliss Day today and invite more and more people to take advantage of these days of self discovery and transformation presented by Prema Yoga
I am thankful all is well and trust the universe and divine planning
I am thankful I have the ability to em,brace change and challenging situation with clarity harmony insight and love
I am thankful John got his Germany dates today and will enjoy late Oct early Nov in Frankfurt |

I am very thankful, that the rain stopped and the sun came ourt - how beautiful it is to see the light and feel the warmth.
I am very thankful for the lovely time I spent with my little grand-daughter - I am always amazed by her imagination, when she plays. She is chatting away, laughing about her fantasy and dancing around happily. What a delight to have such a happy little girl around me.
I am very happy for the fresh healthy fruit and veges like raddishes, beans, kale, silverbeet, prunes, plums, nectarines, peaches and grapes. I am so very thankful for Mother Earth's gifts to us as her children. How wonderful, that I can buy all these goodies closeby.
I am very thankful, that people are patient and accepting, when changes come into our lifes.
I am very thankful, that so far I was able to handle every situation in my life - even it was very hard sometimes.
I am very thankful, that I have trust in the future, that I will be safe always. |
