I am thankful for going on personal retreat to Piha this weekend and preparing for taking retreat this weekend, creating and allowing clarity of vision and inspiration
I am thankful for Piha beach and sleeping to the sounds of the deep rhythm of the powerful sea
I am thankful for simple cleaning diet and a healthy respectful relationship with food and nourishment
I am thankful for attending Yoga class
I am thankful for deep meditation, I love it
I am thankful for being completely nourished, balanced, restored and delighted by nature in all her beauty
I am thankful for New Zealand what a country
I am thankful John enjoyed fathers day and we went to the movies together
I am thankful John is continuing on with his reflexology course tonight
I am thankful that Dziko is looking forward to becoming more independent and really being the creator of her life
I am thankful Sulaimaan had an evening at his friends house and they enjoyed walks and the movies |

I am thankful that today even though I am feeling scared that I feel a sense of purpose in focusing on thankfulness
I am thankful that I have this forum in which to return to knowing that ultimately all is well - whatever happens
I am thankful for the gentle support and love from my husband and for the fact that he "gets" me!
I am thankful for the sun and fresh air and the anticipation of a bike ride down to Victoria. |

I am so very thankful for your entries, which I enjoy reading.
I am very thankful for the lovely short holiday with my husband in Whistler, which we enjoyed so much - mostly sunny and very relaxing.
I am very thankful for our daily hikes through the dense forests and that we were safe.
I am very thankful for the gondola-rides to the top of the mountains and our hike up there above 1,800 m. It was magical, the different colours of beautiful wildflowers, huge rock-boulders, special old forest and magnificant views all around to the snowcapped moluntains as well as the town in the valley below.
I always enjoy it so much to be high on a mountain, it truly is a different world.
I am very thankful for the hike to a very special waterfall, which is of great meaning to the local natives. I could feel the sacredness of this place and the deep connection to Mother Earth.
I am very thankful for the sighting of a Black Bear, who walked past in a safe distance during our lunch on the patio. |

I am thankful for a nice bike ride with my wife and a healthy lunch at the beach.
I am thankful for a clear night sky - so many stars and still pitch dark at 5 am, what a wonderful picture and a satellite is crossing the sky.
I am thankful for peace and for peace within me.
I am thankful that my whole family is healthy and happy.
I am thankful for my income, my job and all the positive feedback we get from our customers.
I am thankful for all the people around the world, who are happy to work with us and for us.
I am thankful for our German team and the positive feedback they get.
I am thankful for being me. |

I am thankful that I was able to step away from a situation and let my husband find his own answers
I am thankful that the changes in me are now "affecting" my relationship in a positive manner
I am thankful that my husband has made his own decision to find balance in his life
I am thankful that my meditation today was about dharma and I saw clearly a new path unfolding for me
I am thankful that today I spent time with a good friend window shopping and didn't "need" to buy anything because I felt so complete and happy
I am thankful that I have 3 days with no schedule and no demands (self imposed?) to enjoy time with my husband, good friends, and family
I am thankful that each day the birds return to feed, chirping and busying themselves doing what they do naturally - be birds!
I am thankful for laughter - for soft smiles of connection and recognition of deep love |
