I am thankful for a lovely peaceful morning with my children, I love them
I am thankful Sulaimaan is feeling even better today after his day of rest and care
I am thankful for earning more, saving more and investing wisely
I am thankful John is going to Frankfurt in October and will have some extra time to tour Germany, what a gift
I am thankful I am content with who I am
I am thankful for being able to recall my dream world and take inspiration and guidance from this realm
I am thankful for loving kindness
I am thankful for New Zealand and the wonderful lifestyle we can have here
I am thankful we are able to travel the world with ease
I am thankful for my cuddly kitty cats the are masters of loving kindness!
I am thankful I can forgive
I am thankful I love and be loved and respond from love
I am thankful my family and I are healthy wealthy and wise

I am thankful for some progress we made this week.
I am thankful for the time we can spend with our grandchild.
I am thankful for a nice lunch with our friend today.
I am thankful, that I found a so much better price for my toothbrush on the internet, than in the shop.
I am thankful for everything which makes my life so easy.
I am thankful for all the people around the world, who are helpful and friendly. |

I am thankful Sul is fine after being check at Doctors and seems to have a flu
I am thankful the Pallas family are so beautiful and caring, thank you for your healing love and light and being flexible and open to change xoxox
I am thankful for cooking Sul and the family lots of yummy healthy food today and watching movies together
I am thankful for my chat with Mum on the I love her so much
I am thankful for the lovely funeral service and Samoan style feast yesterday it was nice to catch up with family and hear the old stories from the elders and again honor John and the kids Royal blood line, such humble delightful people full of life and beauty, it is an honor to be a part of a great lineage
I am thankful for my full Prema Yoga classes
I am thankful for all the blessings of thankfulness and very soon even more people will have access to the on-line course, what a blessing
I am thankful for all the changes in my life for the better in the last 6 months |

I am thankful for an inspirational video sent to me this week which moved me deeply
I am thankful for a husband who is also a friend
I am thankful that he is working at an easier pace and seems more relaxed and content
I am thankful for safe trips on our motorbikes, and sharing laughter with good friends
I am thankful for eating healthy food and having an amazing natural food supermarket right in our town
I am thankful for my computer which keeps me connected to dear friends throughout the world
I am thankful that 2 friends living in Taiwan are going to meet through my introduction
I feel thankful that I was able to contribute some help to the organizers of an upcoming spiritual event |

I am thankful for my family and all the wonderful moments we share together.
I am thankful for my beautiful girl she surprises me every day with new things she says or does.
I am thankful for the most caring husband who looks after us and makes sure everyone is well.
I am thankful for his friendship and that we can still have a laugh.
I am thankful for all of the renovations and that we can now use every part of the house not just for storage.
I am thankful for a new fridge.

I am so very thankful for the nice weekend, for the joyful time I spent with my little grand-daughter and my dear husband.
I am very thankful that the Black Bear managed to run across the road safely in Coombs right in front of our car, thank God we did not hit him.
I am very thankful that my grand-daughter, who was with us, had the chance to see a bear for the first time.
I am very thankful for the lunch together with some friends on Sunday outside a restaurant overlooking the beach in Parksville. It was very enjoyable, the sun was shining and we could take our time to eat good food and have some interesting conversations.
I am very thankful that my dear husband and I sat on our terrace yesterday evening to watch the Full Moon coming up - what a glorious sight! We were surrounded by love, peace and beauty and it felt like heaven on earth. I am so thankful, that we took the time to just sit there enjoying each other and God's marvellous creation. These moments make life so precious. |

I am thankful for a perfect retreat, beautiful participants, deep transformational meditation states, delicious food, brilliant, bliss and love
I am thankful that John and the children had a fruitful weekend together with movies and goodness

I am thankful for another beautiful day on our island in the Pacific Ocean
I am thankful for a kind and generous spirited medical doctor who genuinely cares
I am thankful for some positive blood test results and that there are some questions that have been answered
I am thankful for caring friends
I am thankful for Alfred's letter which seem to talk directly to me each day!
I am thankful that I took the step to enrol in the course and for the richness it has afforded me
I am thankful that I now recognize that the negative self talk is the product of the old me that doesn't want change
I am thankful to say "In the past I didn't understand myself, and now I am ready and willing to change that pattern...!"
I am thankful for a delicious omlette that my husband made us for dinner
