I am thankful for starting this day very early
I am thankful for my body aligning so much with the planets
I am thankful for the beautiful sunshine and living so close to the water
I am thankful for islands and palmtrees
I am thankful for freedom
I am thankful for the way the universe works and for trusting that love and good company is everywhere
I am thankful for the comfort of a gentle spirit this arvo
I am thankful for seeing solutions
I am thankful for aligning to purpose
I am thankful for the fragrant flowers I was given that are now blessing the house with their sweet fragrance |

I am thankful for the day with mother nature in the garden today
I am thankful for my family the most beautiful experience in my life so far
I am thankful for the participants in Prema Yoga
I am thankful for peace, love, sweetness, tranquility, delight, gentleness oh the joys of Spring in the air
I am thankful for love light truth honesty in and around me
I am thankful for the abundant fruitful lifestyle I allow myself to live
I am thankful for being in harmony with my past present and hopefully future

I am very thankful for my family, the sunshine, nature around me with birds and deer.
I am very thankful for my beautiful home, delicious healthy fresh produce, clean water and air.
I am very thankful that I knew from early on that I can help myself, change the situations myself, where I am the main-player, and that I never blamed anybody on my life-situations.
I am very thankful for the gift of a beautiful healthy body and a healthy mind.
I am very thankful that I have a common sense, can think logical and trust my heart.
I am very thankful for the deep love, trust and understanding between my dear husband and myself and that we enjoy being together more or less 24 hours a day - even after 37 years.
I am very thankful for the decision, to go to Whistler together for a few days.
I look very much forward to the nice forest-walks and gondola-rikde up the mountain - God willing. |

I am thankful for all the amazing realisations and explanations that came into my life today
I am thankful that my class went well
I am thankful for realising that everyone is a teacher
I am thankful the computer is working really well again

I am thankful for creating my course content deeply today and working through my new ideas with clarity and inspiration
I am thankful for Dziko and Sulaimaan
I am thankful for getting more very interesting talking books I can play this weekend whilst gardening
I am thankful a drive to Kare Kare and visiting the temple and soaking up the views
I am thankful for the flow in my life and being true to myself

I am thankful for really enjoying and embracing the new stage of my life, even if it is challenging at times

I am thankful for the delicious day - the sun, clean air and bird singing
I am thankful for seeing my daughter and son in law here for a visit after many months
I am thankful to have eaten healthy and nourishing food today
I am thankful that everytime I shopped for groceries today the bill was way less than I anticipated!
I was thankful that I have the ability to pay for those things in my life that I need
I am thankful for glimmers of prosperity consciousness "sneaking" into my daily life
I am deeply thankful for todays lesson on a Mothers Love.

I am thankful for a good night of sleep.
I am thankful for the very first bit of daylight.
I am thankful that my motorbike could be repaired in minutes.
I am thankful for a nice ride together with my wife in the evening hour yesterday.
I am thankful for an interesting idea for my next book.
I am thankful, that I live in this easy times, with enough clothing for every kind of weather, with enough food on the table, with all the gadgets that make life so easy.
I am thankful to be a free man and can travel and live where I want to be.
I am thankful, that I am not a celebrity and can have my peace, no one cares what I do, what I wear, where I go and what I think - what a life! |

I am thankful for the great love I witnessed today
I am thankful to everyone around me for all being such amazing teachers
I am thankful for Buddhi revealing my likes and dislikes in a sometimes entertaining manner

I am thankful to be tired, to recognize the signals that I need to slow down and nurture myself
I am thankful for the opportunity to share with a community of thankfulness
I am thankful for a beautiful energy efficient washing machine that gives me back clean, fresh clothes
